Common Problems you can check for yourself:
Washer not spinning well:
Check for kinked drain hose. Make sure it is not overloaded.
Dryer taking too long to dry:
Check for restricted venting. Check to see if washer is spinning out well. Make sure lint screen is clear.
Dryer not heating:
Check house fuses and breakers. Check to see if dryer cord is plugged in tightly. For propane dryers make sure tank is not empty.
Refrigerator not cooling:
Check underneath and behind refrigerator for dust build up. Make sure light bulb is shutting off when door is closed.
Dishwasher not cleaning well:
Make sure that water coming in is hot enough. You can run the hot water in the sink until it gets hot before running the dishwasher. Make sure enough water is coming in.
