Who is "the" Appliance Man?

Jim Mercier, Owner and Sr. Technician, graduated at the top of his class from technical school, with a 102 average.  He went on to become an appliance technician for a large repair company in CT, where he was later promoted to Service Manager.  Jim moved to Athol in 1994 and started his own service company. Plotkin Furniture quickly recruited Jim to service their appliance customers, and his reputation as an outstanding and honest technician quickly spread through the area.

Over the years, demand for Jim's service has grown beyond his capability of doing it alone.  Appliance Man now employs two full-time and one part-time technician, in addition to Jim.  All of our technicians are talented people with reputations of honesty and integrity.  With our outstanding staff, Appliance Man is able to consistantly provide our customers with the highest level of service available.
