MODEL NUMBER HELP

Do not rely on your owners manual for the model number, as they usually cover an entire series of models, which are similiar, but not identical, so some parts will be different.

All appliances have a label or plate, which shows the model & serial number as well as various other information. Carefully copy all the information, including spaces and dashes.

In rare cases, you may have to pull your machine away from the wall to find the model.

If the label has been removed, or if the numbers are worn off, unplug the appliance and remove the damaged part. Check for numbers on the part itself. If all else fails, bring the part in, or call and describe it to us, and we will try to match it.

NOTE: On Kenmore products, the model number is always three digits, a dot, and more numbers off to the right.
