Carry In Service

Carry-In Service allows for lower repair prices on items that can be delivered to our shop in downtown Athol:

Microwaves: $59 Drop Off Fee. Most brands. This minimum labor fee covers the diagnosis and often covers most, if not all labor costs, except for major repairs.  Parts are additional.

Room Air Conditioners: $59 Drop Off Fee. This minimum labor fee covers the diagnosis and often covers most, if not all labor costs, except for major repairs.  We work on 110 volt units only, and only before and after the season, not during the months of May - September.  Most window units are so inexpensive now, that they are not worth repairing.  However, cleaning and general maintenance is recommended. 

VACUUM CLEANERS AND AIR PURIFIERS

Currently we are servicing only those units that were purchased from us.

During the warranty period there is no charge for repairs covered by the manufacturer. However, there may be a charge under the following exceptions: only manufacturing defects are covered by your warranty; damage is not, and wear and tear items such as belts are not.  Please refer to your owners manual for the specific warranty details on your model.

Vacuums: Out of warranty vacuums are serviced for a $39 service fee.  This covers a basic servicing of your vacuum, including diagnostic, labor, clean & lube, new belt (except Dyson), new bag (when applicable).  Other parts are at an additional cost and in some cases there may be additional labor for advanced repairs.

Air Purifiers: Out of warranty air purifiers are serviced for a $39 service fee.  This covers the diagnosis and goes toward the repair cost.  Repair costs vary depending on the problem found.
